Sioux Falls Youth Hockey Association Objective

The objective of the Sioux Falls Youth Hockey Association is to design and maintain programs to increase participation, improve skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and enjoyment for our athletes. We will provide a fair and equal opportunity for all skaters with qualified adult leadership in a safe and healthy environment. We will provide programs to meet the needs of the beginning skater where basic skills are taught as well as programs which offer opportunities of those who wish to advance in a more competitive environment.

Why Sponsor:

For those considering a sponsorship, your support helps defray the every-growing cost of operating our program. Monetary contributions to SFYHA are applied to ice rental costs, the purchase of new equipment, referees, awards, and the repair and upkeep of game uniforms.

Sponsorship Fundraising Policy - adopted Aug 5, 2020

SFYHA families earn up to a 40% Fundraiser Credit based on the sponsorship value.
Players can earn up to a maximum credit equal to their fundraiser fee requirement for their players designated league. Fundraiser Fee requirements per league are found on the SFYHA website.
Credit will not be carried over to the next season.
Families with multiple players will need to identify the specific player to be assigned the fundraiser credit.
Families with multiple players can earn a maximum fundraising fee credit for one player on each sponsorship for sponsorship levels less than $5,000.
- Ex: Two kids in the program. Purchase two croxice dividers for $1,000 each. Each player would receive or a value equal to their maximum credit for their registered level, whichever is less.
All Fundraising Credit eligible sponsorship must have payment received in full prior to annual fundraising requirement date in order to receive credit for the season. Sponsorships secured after that date will be credited towards the following season.
