SFYHA Policies and Forms

The Sioux Falls Youth Hockey Association Board of Directors has approved the following policies.

Effort will be made to update this page in a timely manner. In the event that a new policy has been adopted, or changes to a current policy approved but not yet posted, the most current policy in force as determined by the SFYHA Board of Directors will take precedence.

COVID 19 Policy – Adopted Oct 13, 2021 - Updated December 2021 

  Updated - Dec 2021 in accordance with CDC Guidelines

CDC is shortening the recommended time for isolation for the public. People with COVID-19 should isolate for 5 days and if they are asymptomatic or their symptoms are resolving (without fever for 24 hours), follow that by 5 days of wearing a mask when around others to minimize the risk of infecting people they encounter.
